Orders and order statuses

All products presented on the site are divided into 2 categories.

1. Products “In stock”

2. Products “Out of stock”

Products “In stock” – these are products that are currently in our warehouse in the Store and you can come pick up this product or order delivery in Dubai in a way convenient for you (more about delivery). You agree on the terms and cost of delivery with the store manager, and also check the availability of the part and its compliance with your motorcycle. To purchase these products, you need to place an order through the shopping cart or by phone (or in any way convenient for you), agree on it with the manager (check the cost and availability, as well as clarify the terms of delivery and payment) if the product you need is currently unavailable, we can help you find an analogue or bring the part you need “On order!”

How is the product “In stock” processed?

You add all the necessary products to the cart, go through the registration and ordering procedure, and after your order is processed, our managers call you back and clarify all the information you entered (quantity and name of products, availability of products, delivery cost or pick-up day).

After clarifying all the parameters, if you have ordered delivery, we send a courier to you and you pay for the order upon receipt. If you are in another city, we send you a parcel by cash on delivery EMS Mail with payment upon receipt.
We will not be able to send the goods to another city without prepayment if the order amount exceeds 20 thousand rubles. or the order includes a Plastic Kit.

“Out of Stock” Products – If a product is not available in our store and warehouse, you cannot purchase it in our store. However, you can subscribe to an availability update for the product you are interested in. To do this, click the “Subscribe” button on the product detail page and enter your e-mail. When the product appears in stock in our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail notification to your e-mail.
